Question about Logitech Circle 2 Wireless

Does anyone else have a camera like this that won't work? On mine, the circle lights up yellow and when I reset it, it flashes yellow from time to time. During the reset process, the thing flashes around in all sorts of colours. But I could only connect when I plugged the camera into the socket of my normal circle2. Then I could stream and also update the firmware. Unfortunately, as soon as I plugged the camera back into the wireless battery pack, it lit up yellow again. Maybe I have a defective battery pack on my new camera. I hope that Logitech support responds soon. otherwise I'll try Digitec ;-)

Screw the camera part away from the battery part ... Wait 30 seconds and put it back on ... Then the WLAN is searched for again and usually the connection works again. I.e. it first lights up yellow, then blue and then green ... then it's good. :-)

Important for reset and connection to WLAN, the power supply unit must be connected.
