Does anyone know if the cpu water cooler fits in an HP omen l30? And it is compatible with an HP Omen GT13-0857nz with an intel i7 10700F processor.

Yes, it should fit in the tower. It is best to place the cooler on top. To be sure, measure the current fan size and compare it briefly with the NZXT. What do you mean by compatible? There is a suitable mount for intel processors. Then you only need a free USB port on the mainboard and download the NZXT software.
