Does it come with a screw hard drive? If not, should 2.5 mm or 3.5 cm be used?

Usually the screw is already present in the slot in the motherboard, awaiting to be used. 2.5mm sounds right, but there are other parameters characterizing a screw and you should look on your motherboard manual for those. But first check if the screw isn't there, it probably is.

Please note that the Samsung SSD 870 EVO SATA III 2.5 Zoll requires the motherboard to have an M.2 slot connected via SATA.

The SSD comes without any mounting materials, which is pretty common.
