We have contacted our supplier about this, here is his answer:
I can't tell you exactly because we can't open the 3D printer case to see the motherboard. Normally they use the ARM STM32 microcontroller. But this is not a certainty. The manufacturer can always change the microcontroller to another version if they don't get enough.
