Does the CPU cooler really have a Molex connection? Or is there at least a Molex-PWM adapter included in the scope of delivery?

It is a 4pin PWM connector. You can see what it looks like here: https://support.arctic.de/freezer34e...
The fan has Rev.5.
Select a socket on the page and at the end of the installation instructions you will see the supplied connector.
