Does this cable fit this power supply? https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/roline-notebook-netzkabel-schweiz-t12-auf-c5-ab-50-stk-180m-stromkabel-12364031 Funnily enough, Digitec delivers the power supply unit in Switzerland with a German cable, so you still have to look for a suitable cable yourself. I didn't know that I live in the south of Switzerland... (The CH adapter was not included either, although it would be too bulky).

Helpful answer

If you want to iron out Digitec's mistake at your own expense, even though they are legally obliged to deliver the product to you in a usable condition...

Digitec (or any other Swiss retailer) is obliged to deliver electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied.

If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.
