update: it works - the effort is immense, it easily took 2.5 hours to assemble the cooler.
The instructions provided are more than poor, but various YouTube videos are very helpful.

Cooling performance is very very good. Previously around 40 degrees at idle, now 28.
Under full load: previously 83 degrees (90% cooler utilisation via MSI Afterburner) - with cooler 52 degrees at 20% cooler activation.

Only RTX 2080 (TI, Super) and 2070 Super are indicated on the current packaging. But Titan Xp, Titan X Paskal and GTX 1660 (TI) and 1060 to 1080 (TI) are also specified. Unfortunately, your GTX 2060 Super is not. If you are confident enough to replace a graphics card cooler yourself (as in your case). I can say from experience that this (cooler with its very extensive accessories) fits pretty much any graphics card. I put it on a TUF GAMING AMD RADEON RX 5700 XT myself. The only thing that didn't fit was the power connection to the card. But that was no problem because there is also an adapter for continuous power to the power supply. I hope that I could help you
