Does this monitor come with the additional VESA adapter (I want to use a different stand) that can be attached to the back instead of the normal stand? I can only find contradictory information on this. Regards

I have also mounted mine on a standard 100x100 VESA desk arm, no problem there, and no need for an adaptor.

An "adapter" is not included, but you only need this if your other stand does not fit the VESA mount with which the monitor is equipped. I mounted mine directly on a (suitable) swivel mount.
