Question about Netatmo Welcome

For days I have been trying to establish the internet connection of my two Netatmo Welcome. (last step of the installation) Unfortunately, I always get the message that no secure connection can be established. The MAC OS operating system is up to date and Java is activated. Does anyone know a solution to the problem?

Your OS does not matter, the Netatmo Welcome establishes the connection itself. They use their own ports, your router/firewall may block this.
