Question about FRITZ! Fon C6
Good day. We bought the FritzFon C6 last week and were able to connect it immediately to our Fritzbox Internet fibre. But- we can't add phone numbers or set the display. Sunrise says the FritzFon C6 is not universal and therefore not compatible. Is this true? If so, we have to send it back.

Have you registered the telephone with the "DECT" button or on the PC via HTTP://fritz.box?
I would delete the device once on the PC and register it again. You can also configure your address book there.

Hello. Yes, unfortunately I can also confirm this, it was the same for me with sunrise, although sunrise says in the FAQ that the FritzFon is compatible.
