Yes, unfortunately this plastic thing is not up to the rough use of a pedometer and also broke after a short time. I helped myself with a foldback clip, which works very well and I can securely fasten the device to my trousers again. If I were to get a warranty replacement, I would get the same useless clip again and the problem would start all over again. The manufacturer would have to change that, namely with a metal clip. The device, on the other hand, is very good and works perfectly.
