Question about Samsung 870 EVO
Good day I need this SSD Samsung for external data storage. Is this SSD suitable for this? Is there a USB3 interface? I would probably need a T5 or T7. According to a third party, although I don't know what that means. Thanks for feedback

The Samsung SSD 870 EVO SATA III 2.5 inch MZ-77E500B/EU is intended for installation. For external storage expansion, you can use both the Samsung Portable SSD T5 and the Portable SSD T7 / T7 Touch. These are available with different storage volumes from 500GB - 2TB. Please note that the SSD T5 is compatible with USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10 Gbps) and the SSD T7 / T7 Touch with USB 3.2 Gen.2 (10 Gbps); both are also backwards compatible with USB 3.0 and USB 2.0.

No, this SSD is not suitable for this. Because this one is installed internally (i.e. in the PC/laptop/etc.).
For external use, I would recommend (as has already been recommended to you) a Samsung T7, e.g. this one :Samsung Portable T7 Titan Grey (500 GB).
It also has a USB3 interface, so this is not a problem.
What exactly do you want to store and how much data? And on which device is the data current (i.e. laptop, which one exactly)?
