good to know: some troubleshooting steps below, could you please go through them for me and answer any listed questions? To start, please let us know if you're using a Mac or PC for the following steps: 1. Uninstall/delete any previous versions of the RØDE Central desktop application. 2. Download and install the latest version of RØDE Central desktop app v2.0.41, available from here: https://rode.com/en/software/rode-central#section-desktop-download 3. Via the latest desktop version of the RØDE Central app, install the latest firmware onto each of your Wireless GO II units (v2.4.6). For more detailed information on this process, please see our article How to perform a firmware Update with the Wireless GO II PLEASE NOTE: Installing the latest firmware will delete the internal recordings and change all settings back to factory settings. Please first make sure any essential recordings have been backed up/exported, as the latest firmware or a factory reset deletes the internal recordings. Please let us know if you are unable to back up your recordings. If the issue persists or you can't update the units due to the <15% message, I also recommend performing a factory reset on each of the three units. To do this in RØDE Central, press the settings button in the top right (1) and then press the factory reset button (2). Additionally, I suggest that you run a diagnostic test to determine if there is an issue with the Wireless GO II units. Follow the prompts of the diagnostic test to see if there is an issue with the hardware or firmware of the units. Once the test is complete, let us know if the tool was able to detect any abnormalities. For further information on how to use the diagnostic tool, I suggest viewing the article below: How to use the Diagnostic tool in RØDE Central For further information, here is the Wireless GO II User Guide: https://rode.com/en/user-guides/wireless-go-ii
