Does anyone have a fat monitor on the arm? I would be interested to know if the 19kg (or ~12kg) is stable even with the arm fully extended.

Payload 19 kg, according to the description. The parts are very stable, also the holder for the table top. I use it with 32", 2x 24" so far no problems. The question is rather whether your table top can withstand it and not break out when the arm is fully extended...the surface for the bracket is only hand-sized.

13.8 kg (HP Z38c) is no problem, it is very stable. As mentioned above, however, you also need a heavy tabletop to attach the bracket stably.
