Hello all I would be very happy if someone could help me. The CPU light on my mainboard is yellow. The following components are used: https://www.digitec.ch/de/shoplist/show/dfef8a88a5f855361f79cfab13fe0d2f Mainboard is rev 1.2 I have checked everything for compatibility and should be iO according to the manufacturers. I have currently set up everything "laboratory" style. The CPU, power supply, CPU cooler and front panel pins for switching on are connected. I tested the power supply once with only the MB connection. Nothing happens, CPU LED lights up, no signal. I also tried the variant with additional power for the CPU, additional 8-pin. With this power supply, the CPU led flashes very briefly and then the RAM led and restarts every 5 seconds. I have tried 2 RAMs on 1, 3 and 2, 4. single Setup I have tried all 4. I have updated the bios via the QFlash. Removed CMOS battery for 10 min. checked CPU fan and tried others. After no idea how many hours I can't think of anything. I hope someone can think of something...

Helpful answer

The board had to be returned, the bios was so fragile that the computer always crashed. I have never experienced this before. With the Asus Prime, everything worked without problems.

Solution found... I did the Bios upgrade incorrectly. Very important everything must be removed upgrade. Only the mainboard without cpu or anything else must be on it...

Hello, your motherboard supports 12th and 13th generation processors. Your processor that you bought is a 14th generation processor, maybe that's the problem. I hope I've been able to help you.
