Hello all, I am simply dumbfounded as to how a company created an update that disables my iSmartAlarm Spot + and makes it inoperable. I can no longer connect and have not been able to do so for years. Can someone please help me by showing me how to get to the factory settings with the camera and make my iSmart Camera work again?
