I do not have a Thinkpad X1 Yoga. However, the dimensions given are correct.
(measured with precision calipers approx. 0.1 mm deviation). With the heat sink
so certainly 2 times maybe even 3 times as thick as without. Whether it is worth the risk
I cannot judge. To be on the safe side, maybe unscrew the Thinkpad
measure the space and, if in doubt, put in a model made of cardboard or cork
