Hello all, I have had the board for a few years now, and would like to change from the 3400G processor to a newer processor, unfortunately this does not work. Neither the 5800X nor the 5700G are recognised. Does anyone have any experience? I have already updated the bios to 3.90... but I don't understand why it still doesn't work. The PC does not make an error beep and restarts every 30 seconds. I have no picture and no Bios. Merci for your suggestions.

Hello Gian,
I upgraded my Hadrare in 2020 with Asrock X570M Pro4 with AMD Ryzen 9 3900 x 12 cores. The mainboard got an update because I switched to Windos 11. Since then, everything has been running as it should.

So 5000 Ryzen should be compatible according to the manufacturer's website.

Version 3.00 says the following (since you used a Picasso CPU):
*If you use Pinnacle Ridge or Picasso, please refer to the "Steps to Update Renoir/ Ryzen™ 5000 Supported BIOS" to update the BIOS
