I have both headsets, I prefer Maxwell because the sound is just very very good. As soon as I play a shooter, however, I switch to the Stealth Pro because I can hear the direction from which the enemies are coming better.

The Turtle Beach software is a lot better than the Audeze software.

So, if you play a lot of shooter games or games where directional audio is important, I would recommend the Stealth Pro, if not Maxwell.
