Question about Sony Zs-Ps50
Hello everyone, we have 3 of these cool CD players. But with 2 newer devices, we are talking about bought max. 2 months ago, the code "Read*" keeps coming up during CD playback and the CD cannot be played. We have already changed the CD, disconnected the power supply, sometimes it works, sometimes not. When it does work, the message READ appears again after 1-2 days. The manual only says something about the USB, nothing about the CD. We have now sent in a device and now the second one is already spinning. The oldest one works fine. Please ask for help. Thanks
Sali Tarantinoo82, Well, we had a similar problem. We have 2 identical units, just in a different colour. One unit caused the following error: CD always stopped or faltered at the same points. I wrote down the time and tested the CDs on the other unit and a third Sony unit of a different type. The error was not present. But we had a similar unit before that, which also had problems with the CD player. Sorry, you have no choice but to send in the units and describe the fault. We received a replacement within 2 days. Now it works.
