What about the ambient noise for the other person, do they hear e.g. passing cars or people talking nearby or even wind noise?
I felt that this worked better with earlier models. Today's models feel that it is more important for the wearer not to hear anything else from their surroundings.

And, as with the iPhone with AirPods, do you also have information on the Samsung display, such as the exact battery charge level in per cent, when connecting the headphones?

I don't know how much others can hear, but I have good feedback when I'm asked if I can be understood and I work in agriculture, so there's often a lot of noise around me. You can suppress the noise or not, as well as sound settings and earphone control (small button / I have accept / hang up there) as well as the buds find search function where they were last (useful if the battery is charged). You even have a battery indicator on the left and right.

I used to have a headset, so I can't make any comparisons with airpods or previous models, but I would buy these again in a heartbeat.
