Hello everyone I have a problem with this mouse. The movements on the screen do not correspond to the movements with the hand. Sometimes the mouse pointer just gets stuck. Not always. Sometimes it works fine. And then suddenly it has problems again. If I switch it off and then on again, it works again for a moment. Does anyone know the problem?

Helpful answer

I use this mouse every day and very intensively, it works perfectly for me.
Is the battery well charged? As soon as the battery reaches a low state of charge, dropouts could occur. However, I think that you have probably received a lazy mouse. Why don't you test it on different surfaces and fully charge the battery? If the problems persist, I would have the mouse replaced.

I currently have exactly the same problem. Regardless of whether I connect via USB or Bluetooth. I've already tested several surfaces and nothing really helps.

Hello
No, the mouse works for me without any problems and very precisely.
Could it be the surface? Is the table top made of glass or glossy, for example? Does the mouse perhaps work better on a mouse mat? This can also simply be tested on a piece of cardboard.
