Hello, 
 
The headphones have an automatic switch-off function when inactive. After a few minutes without 
connection or playback, they switch off, usually without an audible voice prompt. 
Unfortunately, the voice messages (e.g. "Bluetooth connected") cannot be completely deactivated; some system messages are permanently integrated. 
ANC (active noise cancellation) only works when both earphones are used. When using only 
ANC is not available when using only one earbud - but music or calls are still possible.
