Helpful answer

I'm not familiar with this particular screen, but in theory it should work. In my opinion it could be several things:
- Is everything plugged in at the right place? With the right cables?
- Is the screen on the right input signal?
- Is it a particular device that prohibits copying that you've connected as input to the Elgato (e.g. a DVD player)?
- If not, perhaps one of the devices is malfunctioning.

I hope you find a solution to your problem, and good luck with my French :)

Had a similar problem when I connected the PS5 to my 1440p monitor. For me it was 2 elements that led to the missing signal:

1. the USB cable used --> Be sure to use the supplied USB cable (without USB adapter) or a USB cable that can transmit the same or even better signal in terms of version.

2. the resolution of 1440p --> I was able to solve the problem by setting the following settings in the "Device" tab in the "Elgato 4K Capture Utility" software:
- Recording device: Game Capture HD60X
- Firmware version: updated to the latest version
- Video source: 1440p60 (takes it from the signal; I have set the resolution to 1440p in the screen settings on the PS5)
- Audio input: HDMI audio
- HDMI colour space: Bypass (identical to input)
- EDID mode input: Internal
- EDID (Internal): Standard

Perhaps this will help you. In any case, good luck with solving the problem.

PS: I don't know whether the settings from the "Elgato 4K Capture Utility" software are saved directly to the capture card. In any case, since the setting was made, I do not have to start the "Elgato 4K Capture Utility" software or make a special setting in OBS for capturing.

The signal is passed through to the monitor only when the device is connected via USB to a computer. Effectively the device gets its power through the USB and it cannot operate w/o that connection, but it also does not need any software to pass the signal further.
