Hello, I bought the headset new - but it doesn't work with Teams (no sound). According to the product description, it is Teams-compatible - is there any experience of this? Thank you

Unless it's faulty, this headset works perfectly with MS Teams. We recommend that you install the Jabra Direct driver and check the sound settings in your system.
