Hello I have installed the cam as described and also inserted a suitable simcard. My problem is that the display does not turn on and the indicator light is always red. Can anyone help me?

Hi Joshi, do a reset. Found via Youtube. Press the big button and hold down a small one. I can't remember which small button. Hopefully it works
Remove the card and try again. If it still does not work, send it back.
