Hello. I have just started using my new Canon Selphy CP1300. Printing via smartphone works perfectly. When printing via PC (Windows), a "wide bar" is not printed on the paper. The bar is about 1/3 of the paper (lengthwise; P100x148). What can I do? How can I solve the problem?
