Hello, I received the remote control yesterday and wanted to set it up today, but it does not connect to the intended Samsung TV. I then tried it with a Sony TV and it didn't connect there either. What is the reason for this?

I bought it for a colleague for his Sony DVD and it worked quite easily with the code. However, I seem to remember that the button(s) you have to press for programming are not named exactly the same or something. Or I didn't find them straight away ;D
