Hello ;-) In macOS, paper formats are predefined in the driver for the 61cm wide roll. Is it possible to define your own formats with a nasty width? Or what is the shortest and longest format?

I can only speak for Windows: You can save your own paper formats. I chose one with the maximum possible width and a length that I am guaranteed not to exceed.
