Hello, is this cable for the connection between the fibre optic socket and the router?

Normally NO.
Reason : Cables with an 8° cut are usually used on a wall socket. Colour of the plug GREEN. At the modem / router / SFP it usually has a 0° ground joint. The colour of the plug is BLUE.
This means you need a cable with different connector colours. Because otherwise the glass does not fit neatly together and there is a lot of attenuation.

Urgasi is absolutely right... usually these are cables with the term "APC".
But which connector can then also be very different.
