Question about Creality Ender-3 V2 Neo

Hello together. I have had the Ender 3 V2 Neo for about a week. Since the beginning (with different filaments) I have the following problem: At some point no more filament comes out of the nozzle. When I pull the filament out to check for faults, I see heavy marks from the gear wheel (uneven). I have already printed out a redirection/guide for the filament so that the angle is better - but unfortunately it doesn't seem to have helped. I can then reinsert the filament and liquid filament comes out of the nozzle again. The print then works again until at some point and then it breaks off. Does anyone have the same problem or know what I could try?

It is unlikely to be due to the feed.

Hi, you need to check the temperature of the extruder because it might be too low and the filament will struggle to flow and the motor will strain the filament until it locks. Try varying the temperature of the extruder according to the type of material. Another possible problem could be the generated g-code (slicing software): are you using the software recommended by Creality? Is the profile one of the already broken or official ones? The advice is to start by printing the objects on the card supplied with the printer because those should print without any problems (at least as far as g-code is concerned, they are exactly what the printer needs to print correctly). If those work correctly it could be a problem in the slicing/generation of the g-code. If all these things are not working there could be a problem with the extruder (temperature sensor, heating module,..). Ideally, you should check the status of the extruder as it could be damaged. Be careful to follow the procedure (look it up online) for disassembling and reassembling the extruder. I hope I have been of some help.
