Hello. I am interested in the remote control and just wanted to ask how reliable the delivery date is between 20.1-25.1.2023. Other suppliers say something like 6 weeks. Thanks already.
Oh, it's getting later and later - I was told it would be available at the beginning of January..... and now it's getting later and later every day.... This morning it was 17.1 now it is 18.1 again until the beginning of February 🤦🏻♂️
I ordered 2 weeks before Christmas and I still haven't received it...

I ordered the RC in September and got it just before Christmas.
The part is out of stock everywhere anyway.
I bought the product (which I am very satisfied with) from Galaxus just before Christmas and received it very punctually despite the high volume of parcels. Delivery time was less than a week. Galaxus was the only supplier that had this product in stock at the time. LG
