Hello, I miss the Amazon Prime video app on this player. It is neither preinstalled nor can it be found via the search function. The app is available on the Smart TV (LG). Can anyone help? Thanks a lot

I don't have a definite answer to this but I could imagine that it's country-specific... I found a thread from Samsung, but not related to Switzerland (https://us.community.samsung.com/t5...).
