Question about Godox H200R, ring flash head for AD200
Hello I own a Godox AD200 Pro (bought at Digitec in 2019) and wanted to upgrade it with the H200R. Unfortunately, it does not fit mechanically. The supplier of the H200R (was not Digitec) now thinks that the problem lies with the flash and not with the adapter. What experiences have you had with this problem? Do you have any suggestions?

I have now ordered an H200R from you, it doesn't fit either, this is now the 3rd head which doesn't fit.
Now the head and the flash are from you.
Any suggestions for a solution from your side?
According to Godox, this should fit http://www.godox.com/EN...
But since I don't have an H200R, I can't test it. I only have AD200 without Pro. What doesn't work?
