None, except price and Franz. Description. Technically identical. Seems like the French have to pay more. I would take the cheaper one. According to the description, the item at Apple with the same manufacturer's no. MM0A3ZM/A is even only CHF 19.00 USB-C to Lightning cable (1 m).
