hey digitec, what's with this price increase ? should the parts end up costing 500.- or what ?

The price increase is deceptive. At Digitec it still costs 250:
Ubiquiti UniFi Cloud Key Plus Gen 2

It's just a different (more expensive) supplier because Digitec doesn't have it in stock.

At Digitec it still costs Fr 250.-, but you have to wait a bit longer for it (see availability) Ubiquiti UniFi Cloud Key Plus Gen 2

Note that the trading platform https://www.digitec.ch presents the products first according to availability and not according to the lowest price.
