Hi all, I could not finish my shopping today. Why not? I put the graphics card in to cart and I waas not able to pay for it. Suddenly all teh sales has stopped at 13:30?

Probably because someone else was quicker than you and bought it before you completed your purchase.
Items in your shopping-cart are not reserved and can be purchased by someone else.
Remember, these are times of crazy demand for GPUs.
