Hi, I am thinking of getting the 13600k, but I am wondering if it is compatible with my power supply. My power supply is a LC6650 v2.3 (it's a bit older but works fine). The PSU has an 8 pin power connector for the CPU, however I also need a 4 pin connector for the 13600k. The power supply has a 4-pin Molex, but I don't know if this is the right connection.

Depending on the mainboard (Z790 chipset is best) that goes with this CPU, you will need 2x4 pin power connectors. Provided you want to overclock the processor (feasible with "K" processors). I would advise you to get a new power supply with more reserve and suitable connectors. One corner of the internet once told me that you should use the specific connectors for the CPU and not just any PCIE connectors from the power supply. Allegedly, this can lead to crashes at higher voltages.
