Hi, that depends on what connections your TV has. As a minimum, you should be able to connect the TV's headphone output to the speakers. The speakers have an optical digital input (S/PDIF), a coaxial input, six-channel direct input, cinch, 3.5mm input. So the question can only be answered with certainty if you know what kind of Samsung you have.
