It is a standard plug that goes directly to the gpu, i.e. where the old fans were plugged in. I don't know the name right now, someone else will have to find out. It is highly likely that your gpu has this header, but I can't guarantee that it does. it's best to check before you buy, but it was absolutely no problem for me.
