To deactivate the New Parent PowerPlug:
- Open the Ultrahuman app on your smartphone.
- Navigate to the PowerPlugs section. There you will find a list of all activated PowerPlugs.
- Find the New Parent PowerPlug.
- Tap on the gear icon ("Settings") next to the active PowerPlug.
- Then select "Deactivate" or "Switch off" to end the parental leave function.
After deactivation, the app will adjust your sleep, recovery and exercise settings back to the default mode.
