How can I get the analogue sound (3.5 mm jack) from this PS to a speaker? Do I need an additional converter for this? A 3.5 mm jack headphone is included in the delivery, but you can't use it at all... can you?

The supplied headphones can be connected directly to the controller. In the settings (audio devices) you can then set whether the entire audio or only chat audio (default) is to be output.
