How come the frame 65" 1.0 TV from 2017 costs the same as the new 3.0? What is the difference?

The biggest difference is that the 2017 screen is bigger than the 2019 one. In addition, it has HDMI 2.1 sockets while the 2019 one only has standard HDMI. The screen quality of the 2019 is better, but it consumes more power (A versus A+ of the 2017).
