How do you cool your 13600K and how warm does it get when you run synthetic benchmarks like Prime95 and Cinebench? Because mine is going into thermal throttling with Noctua NH-D15S.

Why are synthetic tests relevant? We use the computer for games and applications. For that we chose a "be quiet! Dark Rock 4". It has a fan and why should I use water for electronics, it doesn't make sense. Instead, we have a lot of case fans. The CPU only gets warmer than for the invitation.

Hello I'm too late but you have to change the cpu frequencies in the bios and set it to the base value + 0.25 and after that the cpu will never exceed 50C.

Unfortunately, I haven't done any benchmarks yet and only measure the CPU heat when gaming, etc.
75°C was the maximum I have ever seen. I have installed a Deepcool AK620; similar to the Noctua...

In any case, use an AIO cooling system with at least 2 cooling fans. Unfortunately, I can't provide you with any data, but so far there has been no noticeable throttling. Your cooler distributes the heat in the case and also slows down other parts such as RAM, graphics card, SSD, etc.
