I usually have it connected to the mobile phone and the laptop at the same time and use it with MS Teams, works fine, also with automatic start/stop of music. With the WH-1000XM4 the voice quality was sometimes poor, this has improved.
Unfortunately, if you want to fall asleep quietly in the plane, the vibrations are transmitted when you touch the formwork of the plane with the headphones. In this case I use the WF-1000XM4 in-ear earplugs. They also fit better in your pocket, but can only connect to one device.

Pairing with PC perfect, when switching or in case of a longer interruption, you have to pair manually on the PC, but this also goes smoothly and quickly, the transfer after connecting with an iPhone starts much faster than with the xm4. Calls can be received via the headphones while listening to music on the PC. Team connectivity works, but I haven't used the headphones for a meeting yet. Overall better than the xm4, not necessarily worth buying as a replacement, but since I need 2 pairs of headphones, it's the right choice.
