How long does it take until the battery is fully charged? There are never more than 2 lights on and the battery does not last as long as promised.

Unfortunately, 8BitDo does not specify an official, exact charging time in the manuals. However, empirical values from user reports show: Normal charging time: approx. 2-4 hours, depending on the charger.

There can be many reasons why more than 2 lights are never lit. It is best to try charging it with a different charger / cable. If this still does not show any improvement, you can report this via your customer account.
