As context to the accepted answer:
WD lists the capacity of the hard drive in terabytes (TB) (1 TB = 1'000'000'000 B = (10^3)^4 B). Windows, however, uses Tebibytes (TiB) (1 TiB = 1'099'511'627'776 B = (2^10)^4 B) for size specifications, but incorrectly labels them TB instead of TiB. If you convert 2 TB, you get ~ 1.82 TiB.
Accordingly, not only 90 % of the hard disk capacity can be used, as it might seem, but at least almost the capacity stated for the product.
