I can't provide a guarantee, but I claim this charger works. It meets the Power Delivery specification, delivers a current of 3A, which is recommended according to a reddit post (https://www.reddit.com/r...), and it reaches all USB-C PD voltage levels up to and including 20V, so I see no reason why it wouldn't work.
