I bought a new mouse today. Unfortunately, it does not work with the installation of the driver and firmware. Every time there is an error message when installing the driver and firmware and then the mouse no longer works. If I only connect without driver it works ... but then I can't adjust etc. Has anyone also had such problems? Could someone help me and explain why the mouse driver and firmware cannot be installed. Thanks a lot!

OMG.. This is very embarrassing. lol... I wrote to Roccat support once. They answered me in 10 minutes :) very fast that was :) It was all my fault. I had a USB 3.0 port in the mouse... After changing to my USB 2.0 port everything works perfectly! :) I am now very happy with the mouse... firmware and driver all works. WOW! what a mistake from me... lol ... the same... thank you very much for the help :)

Hello, I had the same problems and had extreme difficulty setting up the macros.
After 2-3 hours with a colleague from IT, I can say that it only worked when I:
1. uninstalled everything
2. update Windows
3. install Roccat Swarm
4. update the cradle
5. pull in and out (follow the instructions)
6. update mouse, move in and out (follow instructions)

After that it suddenly worked without any problems. Wouldn't want to give the mouse away again despite the initial difficulties.
