I bought an adapter from Apple. But the music comes out very quietly... Is this one better? I have an Oppo Reno 4.

I use the adapter with the oneplus 8 pro and the bose qc 25 and it's hearing damage loud. It certainly depends on the headphones. My hifi headphones, for example, do not reproduce anything at all.
